Refund/Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of these products as single consumer products, we cannot accept any exchanges. Returns are limited and dependent upon whether the product has been opened. For safety and sanitation reasons we do not accept returns of product that has been opened or used. Refunds may be possible and are at the sole discretion of M.E.A. Soap Company LLC. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase for refund information and/or descision.

You as the consumer are agreeing that you have accurate knowledge of your own allergens and you do not hold the company responsible for any adverse reactions that can occur due to allergen exposure. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or reactions due to mis use of our products. We take care that our manufacturing process is sanitary and safe. If there is a manufacturing defect resulting in an unsafe product you will be notified. Upon notification, should you continue to use any product that we have recalled or deemed unsafe, we the company, are not responsible.
